Why doesn't the program convert?
You must install both realplay and real_basic(path: application directory\real_basic.exe) in order real convert to work properly.

Why doesn't the program convert even though I was able to previously convert files?
You should reinstall real_basic with this application path. (path: application directory\real_basic.exe).

Where can I download the latest version of real basic?

Where's Real_basic? I don't find it.
The real basic application files are usually located in the directory\real_basic.exe (example: C:\Program Files\Real Converter\Real_basic.exe), If you don't find it, you can download here now.

Why does Real Converter suddenly exit after start up?
First, you must make sure you are registered user. If you have questions please e-mail support and be sure and include your registration code. We will help you. Usually the problem is with real_basic or due to the use of pirated software.
